Change of Mind
If you decide you no longer want your order, we may offer a store credit equal to the value of your purchase (excluding shipping costs and any discounts applied). Store credits will be issued in the form of a digital gift card sent to the email address used at checkout.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item. Please include your order number and photos showing the issue. Once the issue has been reviewed, we will arrange either a replacement item or another suitable solution.
Returns
If a return is approved, the item must be returned at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us for further instructions.
